What is Callmine?

Getting started·May 31, 2026·1 min·By Callmine Team

Callmine is a programmable call analysis layer on top of Gong. Run one prompt across every call in your pipeline.

TL;DR

Callmine is a programmable call analysis layer on top of Gong. You write one prompt, point it at a date range, and Callmine runs the analysis across every matching call in your pipeline — closed-lost deals, discovery calls, a specific stage, whatever you want to look at.

How it works

Callmine connects to Gong (basic-auth or OAuth) and, optionally, to HubSpot so each call carries its deal context. You define what a call should be evaluated on — a single prompt, in plain English — and Callmine applies it to every call in the window you pick. The result is a structured report with an executive summary, per-call findings, and a JSON payload you can download for downstream tooling.

The platform is built for revenue teams who already have call capture solved and need the layer above it: cross-call pattern detection, win/loss analysis, voice-of-customer mining, competitive intelligence — anything you can phrase as a question, across as many calls as your plan allows.

Next steps

New workspaces land on a 30-day trial with 100 calls included. The onboarding wizard at /onboarding walks you through connecting Gong, adding HubSpot (optional), and running your first analysis. If you skip the wizard you can wire integrations up later from /settings.

§ Common questions

Frequently asked.

What does Callmine do?

Callmine pulls your Gong calls, enriches them with HubSpot deal context, and runs a prompt you write across every call in a date range. The output is a structured report — not a single-call summary.

How is Callmine different from Gong's own AI?

Gong's built-in AI summarises individual calls. Callmine runs a single user-defined question across many calls at once, so you can see the pattern across a quarter of pipeline rather than reading one transcript at a time.

What do I need to get started?

A Gong account you can read with (basic-auth credentials or OAuth) and, optionally, HubSpot for deal context. New workspaces start on a 30-day trial with 100 calls — no credit card.
