Concurrency limits scale with plan — Growth runs up to 10 analyses simultaneously, Scale up to 30. Free and Starter run one at a time. Daily and weekly schedule counts are also plan-gated.
Trial mechanics
Every new workspace lands on Trial automatically. No card required. You get 100 calls and 30 days of full feature access. Whichever runs out first ends the trial. When it ends you drop to Free automatically — no surprise charges.
Free vs starter trade-off
Free works for teams who want to evaluate Callmine indefinitely on
low volume, accept 30-day retention, and don't need gpt-4o quality.
Starter is the right step up when you start scheduling weekly
analyses or need reports visible for more than a month.
Custom and pilot plans
For larger deployments, regulated industries, or self-hosted
requirements, contact hello@callmine.ai. Custom plans bypass
Stripe and are admin-granted with negotiated quota, retention, and
feature set. Pilot plans are similar but time-boxed for evaluation.
