How do call add-on packs work?
Buy a 100-call add-on for $10 from Settings → Billing. One-time purchase, rolls over forever, consumed only after monthly quota is exhausted.
TL;DR
When you need more calls than your monthly plan allows, buy a 100- call add-on for $10. One-time purchase. Add-on balance rolls over forever and is consumed only after your monthly quota is exhausted.
Steps
- 01Open
/settingsand switch to the Billing tab. Find the Add-on packs section. - 02Click Buy 100 calls. Callmine redirects you to Stripe Checkout for a one-time payment.
- 03Complete the payment. Stripe redirects back to Callmine and the 100 calls land in your add-on balance immediately.
- 04Continue running analyses normally. Quota is consumed in order: monthly plan first, add-on balance second.
How consumption order works
Every analyzed call deducts from one of two buckets, in this strict order:
- 01Current month's plan quota. Resets at your billing anchor date. Unused plan calls do not roll over.
- 02Add-on balance. Persists indefinitely. Only consumed when plan quota for the current month hits zero.
This means add-on purchases are insurance against spike weeks. Buy a pack today, use it three months from now — the calls don't expire.
When to buy add-ons vs upgrade
- ·Buy add-ons when you have a one-off heavier month (board prep, QBR analysis, post-event win-loss). Adding a $10 pack is cheaper than upgrading to the next tier for one month.
- ·Upgrade when your typical month consistently exceeds your current plan. Two add-on packs every month means you should be on the next tier.
Idempotency and duplicate charges
Add-on purchases are idempotent on the Stripe checkout session ID. If
the redirect path stutters or you accidentally re-submit, only one
charge runs and only one 100-call credit applies. If you ever see
what looks like a duplicate in Stripe, email hello@callmine.ai with
the session IDs and we'll confirm.
